From the birthplace of Dylan Thomas, Swansea born poet Ian Griffiths will read from his first published collection Conversations with Birds and other poems. Youth and love and loss expressed through connection with the natural world and told with the musicality and lyricism that is intrinsically Welsh.
Julian MithraJulian Mithra, primarily a performance artist, hovers between genre and gender, border-mongering and mongreling. Resisting essentialisms, they roll out monologues, collage black & white zines, clip poem videos, and rubber stamp imprints. They hold an MA in Folklore from UC Berkeley. Their work has been, or will be featured, in Gendertrash Café, Milvia Street, Storm Cellar, Whirlwind, Anxy, Chroma, Sharkpack Review,  enough?/?enough, and great weather for MEDIA’s latest anthology The Other Side of Violet.
