Evie Ivy, a poet/dancer, has three books out: The First Woman Who Danced, poems based on her experiences as a dancer; Living in 12-Tone . . . and other poetic forms, and No, No Nonets . . . the Book of Nonets, (which has become her personal favorite). She has work in Levure littéraire, Versewrights,and more. Evie hosts the long running Green Pavilion Poetry Event in Brooklyn.
Zev Torres is a writer and spoken word performer whose work has appeared in numerous print and on-line publications including Teflon Feathers and Copper Empathy, Mad Gleam Press’ POSTvote, The New Blue, The Remembered Arts, Lakeview International Journal of Arts and Literature, I Let Go of the Stars in My Hand, Clackamas Literary Review, and great weather for MEDIA's upcoming anthology. His poetry was also included in the spring, 2016 Poetry Leaves exhibition in Waterford, Michigan. Since 2008 Zev has hosted Make Music New York's annual Spoken Word Extravaganza, and in 2010 founded the Skewered Syntax Poetry Crawls.
Samantha Vacca is a poet and copywriter. Her words have been featured in Brooklyn Magazine, IndieWire, Typoetic, and The Playlist among other publications. She is one of the hosts of the Poets Settlement reading series in Park Slope, and one of the organizers of the Bay Ridge Poets Society. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two dogs, and an evil cat.
