Ariel Iasevoli, named after a sprite in Shakespeare’s The Tempest, was born to fly, imagine, and write. Raised by a professor of poetry, Ariel spent formative summers wearing a beret, exploring the palatial stacks at Columbia university, and reading “The Beats” on the Bowery. Ariel resides in New York City, where she flies as an aerialist and imagines as a producer at the venue Secret Loft. Her poetry has been published in L Magazine, Frank 151, and Guests by Perry Julien.
William Washington is a native of Spanish Harlem NYC. He has featured at countless venues throughout New York. William is the author of the widely acclaimed autobiography The Nigger Chronicles/The Mispronunciation Of Who I Am. William has twice opened up, for the legendary classic soul group The Delfonics, and has starred in Off-Broadway shows, most notably Sistahs Black Like Me, a Clarke Clark Production. He has also starred at the 2016 BPC Poetry Fest in Atlanta GA. William Washington's goal in life is for his words to save a life!
