Christopher Madden was born in a laundromat under a full moon on Friday the 13th during the Summer of Love. He has a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin, an MFA in fiction from Fairfield University, and a BA in sideshow skills from Coney Island, U.S.A. When he is not eating fire, sticking his hand in animal traps, or hammering spikes into his nose, he is an adjunct instructor of creative writing and literature at Fairfield University. His work has appeared in Silver Birch Press, Temenos, SPRY Lit, Ball, and Airways Magazine, and he is the author/editor (as Penny Farthing) of Alice’s Adventures in #Wonderland -- a gentle update of the Lewis Carroll classic for the digital age. Madden is a founding partner and editor at Woodhall Press and is the co-director of the Black Rock Art Guild Performing Artists. For more information, visit Woodhallpress.com
