POSTPONED Erika Lee: Ten-Minute Live Reading

Postponed due to illness

The series returns on Wednesday August 10.

We hope to reschedule Erika Lee soon.

Erika Lee, a native of Staten Island NY, always had a fondness for art as a young teenager and after the tragic loss of her brother found painting to be therapeutic. She would express herself through lyricism, with music and poetry as her muse—brush, and canvas her symbolic paper and pen, she began to tell different stories through her paintings. She is versatile in her work and creates in many forms although her recent works include Abstract, Pop Art, Cubism, and Action Painting. Erika considers herself to be in “constant growth” and as an active member of the community is frequently involved in artistic events for cancer awareness, gun violence, universal equality and more. She plans to fund an art-based non-profit fundraiser and is currently constructing her website Art2Feel.com that will promote fashion, art, poetry and social awareness. Erika enjoys live art performances because she considers it to be poetry in motion. She not only enjoys creating but also enjoys the provoking of thought her work inspires.
