Madeline Artenberg was a photojournalist and street theatre performer before falling for poetry. After the first poem popped out, she sold all her cameras. Her work appears in many publications, such as Rattle and MacQueens Quinterly. She was semi-finalist in Margie, The American Journal of Poetry contest, and finalist in the Mudfish 2020 contest. One of her poems was nominated as Best of the Net 2020 by Poets Wear Prada. Her first full-length poetry book, Naming a Hurricane, published by Pink Trees Press, is now available on Amazon Books.
Margaret R. Sáraco, author of the poetry collection, If There Is No Wind (Human Error Publishing, 2022), explores themes of family, beauty, love, and activism in her work. “Cookies,” which appears in Lips Poetry Magazine, was recently nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her second collection is due out in 2023.
