Jerry T. Johnson is a poet and spoken word artist whose poetry has appeared in a variety of literary publications worldwide. Jerry is the author of two poetry collections: A Coldness published by Finishing Line Press, and Poets Should Not Write About Politics by Evening Street Press which was selected winner of the Evening Street Press’ 2020 Sinclair Poetry Prize. His poem “The Apology” (Evening Street Press)  was nominated for a Pushcart Prize in 2021.

New Jersey native Carolyn Marosy is a musician/songwriter, poet, and activist. She was born to rock and roll and tell her story. Her most recent EP release, Loners, Misfits and Rebels, reveals her art with a raw edge and a genuine, very personal depth. “Music allows me to take a deep dive into the joy and pain of life, where strength and resilience are key to survival. There is nothing in this world we cannot rise above when we have music and people we connect with.” Carolyn is a part of a documentary produced in the UK, On Resistance Street, currently making the rounds at film festivals internationally. Carolyn now lives in Kingston, NY - a lifelong dream - with her wife, two black cats, and numerous guitars. www.carolynmarosy.com

At the age of 12, Pops Peterson won a guitar in a poetry contest sponsored by a local newspaper in Queens, NY. Sixty years later, he was awarded a “Bag of Gold,” prize at Bobby Miller’s Word of Mouth event in Housatonic, MA. In the decades between, his poems have brought scant remuneration, but to Pops the joy of truthfully sharing his intimate memories and feelings with a rapt audience has been worth more than diamonds. In the early days of the internet, Pops was a pioneering curator of two award-winning international poetry websites, TheCenterfold.com and Project Equinox. His articles on the arts and celebrities have been published in The New York Times, Andy Warhol’s Interview, Essence Magazine, and many other publications, including the popular new magazine, The B, where his column, Pops’ Corner, is a regular feature. Pops is also a visual artist, internationally known for his acclaimed series, Reinventing Rockwell, which was the longest-running solo exhibition in both The Norman Rockwell Museum and the State House of Massachusetts, Boston. This coming fall he is excited to debut his poetry anthology podcast, Ear Candy Poetry.
