SaraEve Fermin is a performance poet and epilepsy/mental health advocate from northeast New Jersey. Her work can be found in GERM Magazine, Drunk in a Midnight Choir, and the great weather for MEDIA anthologies, Birds Fall Silent in the Mechanical Sea, and The Careless Embrace of the Boneshaker. She is the author of three poetry collections: You Must Be This Tall to Ride, View From the Top of the Ferris Wheel, and Trauma Carnival. She loves Instagram: @SaraEve41.
Thaddeus Rutkowski is the author of seven books, including the poetry collection Tricks of Light (great weather for MEDIA, 2020.) His novel Haywire won the Asian American Writers’ Workshop’s Members’ Choice Award, and his creative memoir Guess and Check received the Electronic Literature bronze award for multicultural fiction. His writing has appeared in the New York Times, International Herald Tribune, and The Outlaw Bible of American Poetry, and numerous other publications. Thaddeus teaches at Medgar Evers College and the Writer’s Voice of the West Side YMCA and lives in Manhattan.
John J. Trause, the Director of Oradell Public Library, is the author of several poetry collections including Exercises in High Treason (great weather for MEDIA, 2016). His translations, poetry, and visual work appear in many publications, including The Antioch Review, the Dada journal Maintenant, Rabbit Ears: TV Poems (NYQ Books) and the great weather for MEDIA anthologies, It’s Animal but Merciful, I Let Go of the Stars in My Hand, and Birds Fall Silent in the Mechanical Sea. John is a founder of the William Carlos Williams Poetry Cooperative in Rutherford, NJ, and the former host and curator of its monthly reading series.
